As we conclude our meditation video series, we will introduce you to two stationery Tai Chi movements; the first is from the Yang style of Tai Chi and is called, ”Begin Tai Chi” and the second is from the Chen Style of Tai Chi and is called, “Grind.” We talk about proper alignment as well as the “sensation” for each movement. We discuss the role of continued practice in more fully integrating the 5 building blocks of Body, Breath, Mind, Energy and Spirit, into Tai Chi Moving Meditation.
