In our second video of our “Building Muscle Mass and Increasing Bone Density” series, we talk about integrating the Tai Chi and Qigong internal skills into the “Up and down” exercise. We talk about the importance of deep breathing while moving up and down; we emphasis the importance of empting the mind using the Buddhist techniques or if you wish the Taoist visualization of the lower energy center. We will talk about and demonstrate how to move your abdominal and back muscles with the breath, empty-full moon, and last but not least we will talk and learn about evoking the spirit -Heaven, Human & Earth – while preforming the “Up and Down” exercises.
