This is the second video in our series on fatigue and sleeplessness, which focuses on low impact wall push up and upper body strengthening techniques. This technique is most effective when done in conjunction with our deep breathing and up & down movements, that we featured in an earlier video. This exercise is designed to gradually build up the body’s strength, which is the key component in fighting fatigue. As always, go at your own pace, especially if you are currently in cancer treatment or recovering from surgery. Please consult with your doctor before doing any exercise regimen.
